Despite being right in the city, we enjoyed a great night's sleep in a quiet room. The Deluxe King room was nice, but the small balcony was not useful. Some room maintenance issues need attention to improve the overall experience.

I couldn't have asked for a better stay! The hotel is perfectly located, just a short walk from the Temple of the Tooth, the Lake, and the Market. The service was exceptional with everyone from reception to the chefs going above and beyond. The dining experience was like no other, offering a wide variety of fresh dishes to choose from. The only drawback was the small balcony that was supposed to have a mountain view but didn't quite meet expectations.
